He earned a Bachelor of Science from Corner University in Pennsylvania, USA, and a Stamp for Graduates from California, USA, after that. Brahmini attended the same college as well. The Nara Lokesh Brahmins' marriage was a lavish one. After studying for a while, Lokesh returned to America and worked there for a short while. He then worked for a short while in Singapore and at the World Bank. Finally, in 2008, his father Nara Chandrababu Naidu gave Lokesh the job of managing the family business, Heritage, until 2013.During his tenure with the family firm Heritage, he worked extensively on its development. Through the Heritage company, he helped a great deal of people find employment. He also helped the company gain recognition abroad. He took the company into several new markets. However, Lokesh has been residing in Hyderabad since 2008, where he oversees Heritage and occasionally participates in Telugu Desam Party events. He was involved in Telugu Desam Party operations in 2009 and had previously joined the party. Prior to that, his son had never approached him for his party through Nara Chandrababu Naidu; however, in 2013, Chandrababu Naidu gave the heritage victims over to Nara Brahmins and limited Lokesh to participating in party events only. Lokesh thus began his political career in 2013.Though it might be argued that he did, Chandrababu Naidu Garu wanted Lokesh to inherit his party's responsibilities and win the people over.
But by the time Lokesh entered politics in 2013 Jaganmohan Reddy from KTR Rayalaseema in Telangana in the then united state of Andhra Pradesh had already established considerable reputation among the people and gained good political recognition. He quickly demonstrated his ability as a political leader, but there are high expectations for Lokesh because of his extensive political background and his ancestry as the grandson of former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. Lokesh quickly gained the reputation of being worthless. The Telugu Desam Party became victorious in the 2014 Andhra Pradesh election. Once more, Jaganmohan Reddy was appointed Chief Minister. Leader of the opposition was now YSRCP.Lokesh has occasionally been the target of criticism from the opposition YSRCP. Although Nara Lokesh's actions were appropriate, people also began drawing comparisons between Lokesh and KTR, the sons of Andhra Pradesh's chief minister. Even inside his own party, Lokesh faced criticism for earning the moniker "Pappu." Many within the party suggested that if he is merely interested in business, he ought to pursue a career in politics, and many of them advised Chandrababu Naidu. In March 2017, Chandrababu Naidu was criticized for having appointed Lokesh as a minister in his cabinet in addition to his roles as general secretary of the Telugu Desam Party and member of the political bureau.
However, similarities with KTR, who was previously the Minister of the IT Panchayat Raj Department in Telangana, grew on April 2, 2017, when Lokesh was appointed to the position of Minister of the then-government's Rural Development and IT Panchayat Raj departments. Furthermore, since people in both states were comparing Lokesh to KTR, it was only inevitable that Lokesh did not receive much support from the populace. In addition, the opposition's criticism of Pappu was conveyed to the public through well-received mains on social media. As the IT Minister, he went out and successfully oversaw his government, bringing significant IT investments to the state and capitalizing on Visakhapatnam's prospects. He made numerous attempts to counter the accusations directed at him, but when it came time for a new election in 2019, Chandrababu Naidu declared he would run as an MLA from the capital region's Mangalagiri constituency. In agreement, Lokesh ran for the Mangalagiri seat as an MLA. Sadly, the Telugu Desam Party did not win that election. With only 5,000 votes, Ramakrishna Reddy was defeated as a contender. There was a lot of criticism when Telugu Desam proclaimed Lokesh's defeat—who also had experience serving as a minister in the capital region—but Tanemi chose not to challenge his father's bronze crore victory in response. As a result, he had to give up his position, but he remained MLC until March 29, 2023. He was a vocal advocate for public problems while serving as MLC.
Lokesh was greatly affected by Telugu Desam's resounding defeat in the 2019 elections. Another important party in the state the TDP has lost its path to the Jana Sena the ruling YSR Congress party has already denounced the Telugu Desam Party to a full extent. After 2019, one could argue that the Telugu Desam Party is on its own. As a result, it occasionally brings up public issues. He is attempting to strengthen his relationship with the Mangalagiri constituency by working for them. Once Lokesh lost control, the public realized that he had changed. He succeeded in doing so. Over time, the authorities gradually began to view Lokesh as a legitimate political leader.Lokesh's transformation was also recognized by others, who began to acknowledge him as a political leader. Although it has been tremendously helpful, every choice made since the YSRCP won in 2019 has generated controversy. The promise made by Jagan Mohan Reddy to outlaw it in the afternoon has not been kept. Three capitals were decided upon in addition to the Telugu Desam Party's declared capital. The YSRCP government, which is facing several criticisms, has managed to convey to the public that the ministers' actions are bad and that their main purpose is to disparage the opposition. In order to run for office in 2024, Nara Lokesh declared that he would undertake a padayatra under the name Yuvakulam, covering a distance of 4000 kilometers over 400 days from Kuppam in the Chittoor district to Ichapuram in the Srikakulam district. The extent of the padayatra's impact was already known to the government, but Nara Lokesh began his on January 27, 2023, with approval from the court case.
