Interesting facts about Chandrababu Naidu arrested case in detail AN58

To begin with, I kindly request all our friends not to show any favoritism in order to shed light on the background of this situation and raise awareness about this incident. As per the request made during my release, I am providing this information. Please pay close attention. Currently, the former Chief Minister is in custody after the arrest of opposition leader Chandrababu in the early hours of Saturday, September 9. This incident has become a major topic of discussion in the two Telugu states. However, the question remains: why was he arrested and what are the facts surrounding this case? The police have identified it as a scam. If you wish to understand the answers to these questions, as well as what the officials and the YCP (Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party) have to say about it, I will explain it in a straightforward manner. According to the officials, Chandrababu has been arrested in connection with the Skill Development Corporation scam. But why was this Skill Development Corporation established and what benefits does it offer to the people? The purpose of this corporation is to equip students with skills and provide them with self-employment opportunities. In other words, it aims to provide training to unemployed youth in the state and prepare them for jobs. The corporation's main objective is to establish skill development centers in all districts of the state and generate interest among the youth to undergo training in these centers. The ultimate goal is to create employment opportunities for every underprivileged individual by designing a development program based on the available jobs.

However, in order to establish these types of centers in the state, the AP government at that time entered into an agreement with Siemens, a German company, for a total of 3,356 crore rupees. Out of this amount, the AP state government contributed 350 crore rupees, which accounted for approximately ten percent, while the remaining 90 percent was provided by Siemens. This decision garnered significant support from the youth in the state, as well as from various state representatives who expressed their willingness to replicate this model in their respective states. It is worth noting that the introduction of Skill India by the central government was also influenced by this initiative. Subsequently, the AP Development Corporation was established, leading to the creation of approximately 85,000 jobs, with a target of 3.8 lakhs. However, the CID raised concerns regarding the CPM (cost per million) in this matter. When the TDP government was in power, they were required to contribute at least 10% of the 350 crores, which amounted to 35 crores. However, the remaining 90% of the funds did not come from a reputable company. Additionally, an advance payment of 371 crores was made to a Pune-based DigiTech company by the TDP government, which claimed to supply the necessary computers and software for the training centers. It was later discovered that false calculations were made, inflating the cost to 371 crores. In essence, this scheme was manipulated to siphon off a significant amount of money.

Under the leadership of Chandrababu Garu, this fraudulent activity was orchestrated. Chandrababu took immediate action by filing a case against those involved in diverting a significant amount of money and subsequently apprehending them. A total of 36 individuals have been implicated in this case, with 8 of them already in custody. Among the arrested is Chandrababu Naidu himself, whose involvement has recently come to light. The case was officially registered on March 10, 2023, initially claiming that no wrongdoing had occurred. However, it was later revealed that Somayadri Vikas Vinayak, the Managing Director of the digital company, along with Mukesh Chandra Agarwal and Suresh Goyal, who respectively hold positions as a person of interest and a chartered account owner, were arrested. Their assets were also seized as part of the investigation. This scandal involving the digital company was publicly disclosed by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Jagan Mohan Reddy, during an Assembly session on March 10, 2021. Since then, this matter has gained widespread attention. The AP government has entrusted the CID with the responsibility of investigating this case. On September 9, 2021, the CID will file an FIR under sections 120B, 166, 168, 418, 420, 465, 468, and 471 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. If proven guilty, the perpetrators could face a maximum punishment of 10 years. It is worth noting that Ganta Subbarao was the first person to be arrested in connection with this case, followed by the interrogation of IAS officer Lakshminarayana.

Several individuals associated with the DigiTech company have been apprehended, bringing the total number of arrests to eight. However, no significant progress has been made in these cases for quite some time. The recent arrest of Chandrababu Naidu, who was visiting Nandyala, has once again drawn widespread attention to the case. The police arrived in Nandyala at midnight to arrest Chandrababu, but they encountered no one until half past five in the morning. Consequently, they patiently waited until then and eventually apprehended him at approximately half past six. Following his arrest, a confrontation between the police and the CPM ensued, despite the fact that Chandrababu's accompanying lawyers disregarded the statements made by his staff activists. The AP CID arrested Chandrababu Naidu and transferred him from Nandyala to Vijayawada. This situation has caused chaos throughout the entire state. The TDP and YCP are engaged in a heated argument regarding this matter. The YCP accuses the TDP of engaging in a political conspiracy orchestrated by the Jagan government to ensnare Chandrababu. While the TDP asserts that the law will prevail, the YCP questions the state chief minister. It is worth noting that Jaganmohan Reddy is currently out of the state, visiting his daughters. Interestingly, just two days after Chandrababu Naidu mentioned the possibility of his arrest, it came to fruition. The TDP claims that the CPM had prior knowledge of this matter, which reflects the government party's achievements. However, it is important to highlight that if the case was registered in September 2021, Chandrababu's arrest occurred exactly two years later in the same month, specifically September 2023, as today is the second Saturday.

Due to the ongoing court holidays, he will have to wait for an additional two days before applying for bail. This action was taken by the TDP party. The TDP party is questioning why the same police who arrested them, YCP, are now communicating with them. However, since Jagan Mohan Reddy became the CM, the Jagan government has established a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate corruption allegations against former CM Chandrababu Naidu. Following the SIT inquiry, the TDP party obtained a stay order from the High Court. However, the government subsequently filed a case in the Supreme Court and granted permission to proceed, stating that proper reasons must be provided before making any arrests in this case. The government announced that a scam involving crores of rupees had taken place, but it is argued that the 371 crores released to the Skill Development Corporation by the government is being used to provide training in skill development centers. Many people still support Chandrababu Naidu in this matter.

Janasena Party leader Pawan Kalyan also responded to this issue and strongly denied any involvement, stating that it is clearly a part of a political conspiracy. This suggests that the Janasena Party is supporting the TDP government. Chandrababu stated that the additional funds released by the government for JO were not properly accounted for by certain companies in terms of GST payments for computers and software for the Development Corporation, amounting to approximately 550 crore rupees. Therefore, Chandrababu holds YCP fully responsible for this matter, and it should be noted that Penyala Srinivas, who was Chandrababu's former personal secretary at the time, is also implicated in this case and is currently residing abroad. YSP claims that they fled abroad because they were being pursued. If they return, many more revelations are expected to come to light. It is believed that Chandrababu has a strong influence in this matter.
