As the name suggests, these two new Moto G series smartphones are upgraded versions of the older Moto G Power 5G (2023) and Moto G 5G (2023). Both the new 2024 models feature FullHD+ displays with a 120Hz refresh rate.
And both the models have a water-resistant design and pack a 5000mAh battery. As for the main difference, the Moto G Power 5G model comes with MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset. The Moto G 5G model on the other hand is powered by a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset
Moto G Power 5G (2024) Smartphone Detailed Features: The Moto G Power 5G smartphone comes with dual SIM support and runs on Android 14 OS. It sports a 6.7-inch FullHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
As mentioned earlier, it is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone's inbuilt RAM can also be expanded up to 16GB via RAM Boost technology.
In terms of cameras, the Moto G Power 5G smartphone has a dual rear camera setup of 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and quad-pixel technology + 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with autofocus. There is a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
In terms of connectivity options, the Moto G Power 5G smartphone supports 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC. Sporting a water-resistant design, the smartphone also features stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. In terms of specs, it packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 30W TurboPower fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
Detailed Features of Moto G 5G (2024) Smartphone: It also runs on Android 14 OS and comes with 120Hz refresh rate. But it has a 6.6-inch HD Plus LCD display. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
It also has a virtual RAM feature but it can only be expanded up to a maximum of 8GB. In terms of cameras, there is a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera with quad-pixel technology.
2024 Moto G Power 5G and Moto G 5G Models Pricing: The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option of the Moto G Power 5G smartphone has been launched at approximately Rs.25,000 in INR terms.
On the other hand, the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option of the Moto G 5G smartphone has been launched at approximately Rs 17,000 in INR terms. There is no word on when these two new Motorola smartphones will launch in India; We will update the information as soon as it is released.
